About Mark as your mediator...

Mark has spent more than two decades in the trenches of litigation, which means he knows what drives conflict, what stalls negotiation and what moves cases toward resolution.

He understands the emotional, financial and strategic realities that clients, counsel and insurers all weigh during mediation. His approach is neither formulaic nor generic. He looks deeper, identifies the true obstacles and finds workable paths forward when others say there are none.

Having participated in hundreds of mediations, both as advocate and neutral, Mark understands how to manage personalities, defuse distrust and work through moments when negotiations appear stalled. He is skilled at uncovering interests behind rigid positions and helping parties craft outcomes that courts are not equipped to impose.

Whether the dispute involves complex legal issues, deeply personal harm or fractured business relationships, Mark brings patience, practicality and creativity to every mediation.

Parties appreciate his steady demeanor, strategic insight and ability to explain risk in a way that resonates. Lawyers respect his preparation, his ability to cut through posturing and his willingness to wrestle with hard issues rather than gloss over them. He helps parties see beyond the fight and envision an outcome they can live with.

C.D., Attorney

"Mark didn’t just shuttle offers back and forth, he helped both sides actually understand their risks. We settled a case that had been stuck for two years.”

R.P., Attorney

"He has a calm way of reframing stubborn positions that gets people to rethink what really matters. One of the most effective mediators I’ve used.”

B.N., Attorney

“We walked in miles apart and certain it wouldn’t settle. We walked out with a signed agreement. Mark is the reason.”
